ICPG PRINCIPALS

ROBERT D. BOUDREAUX is co-founder of ICPG.  He is an acknowledged national authority in the valuation of industrial property and a Texas licensed professional engineer.

Mr. Boudreaux served as Manager of Valuation Engineering for the Houston District of the Internal Revenue Service, conducting the valuation and appraisal of many of America’s largest industrial properties.  He also served as National Director of Industrial Operations for a national property tax consulting firm, president of the Houston-based tax consulting firm Boudreaux/Harkness, Inc., and was a specialist in heavy industrial and commercial properties with the Property Tax Service Company of Houston.

Mr. Boudreaux has extensive engineering experience from his employment with Texaco, Mobil Oil Corporation and the U.S. Air Force Logistic Center at Kelly Air Force Base.  He earned Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Engineering from Lamar University and has completed extensive course work in business, accounting, taxation and real estate/industrial valuations.

A. SCOTT JOHNSON is co-founder of ICPG.  He is also a Licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant.  He has extensive experience managing the values of large commercial and industrial properties while working with county appeal boards to obtain tax reductions for his clients. His efforts often resulted in the single largest tax reduction for many of his clients.

Mr. Johnson has served as Senior Vice President of Assessment Technologies and was instrumental in developing rapidly expanding markets. He directed the development of a San Antonio office for a national property tax consulting firm and provided expertise and leadership on a national basis for large, complex properties.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a major in real estate, finance and accounting, from West Texas State University.  He has successfully completed courses in property tax administration and serves as an instructor for the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP).  Training modules that he writes and produces for TAPTP annual meetings are routinely voted Best of Conference for Appraisal Review Board presentation techniques.

ICPG SENIOR ASSOCIATES

STEPHEN J. BOUDREAUX is a Licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant with national experience in personal property, commercial property, and industrial property valuation.

Prior to joining ICPG, Mr. Boudreaux worked for a national property tax consulting firm, managing property in central Texas as well as the southeastern United States.  Mr. Boudreaux began his career with Boudreaux/Harkness, Inc., where he handled property tax appeals in south Texas and prepared tax and value research in many counties throughout the southeastern United States.

Mr. Boudreaux holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in finance and an emphasis in real estate from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  Stephen is currently serving on the board of directors of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals.

ICPG BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

JULIE JUNG SCHICK is a Licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant with experience in residential, commercial, and industrial property valuation.

Prior to joining ICPG, Mrs. Schick worked for a national property tax consulting firm, assisting in developing and creating promotional strategies for their budding industrial and complex property division.  She has implemented various marketing campaigns nationwide across a broad range of industries advancing new and mature methods of valuation.  Her complement of science and business allow her a unique perspective of manufacturing and economics.

Mrs. Schick has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  She continues to advance her education through various affiliations and is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).  Her expertise in administering various software applications to resolving complex issues are attributes that provide all property owners unparalleled results and service.
